please feed your child on demand.
burp or hold your child on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes.
as you are nursing mother eat easy to digest food
give massage to your child daily
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands
move your child's legs in cycling motion
maintain good hygiene
