Q.
hello sir!! sir my son is suffered from constipation from last 1 year.. but sometimes constipation get fine as I gave him light meals and mughli ghutti 555. but sometimes he get it back with this same problem. and from two days back he get red rashes and some ulcers over there

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. diet modifications wil help.. Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation. Have your child regularly drink warm water between meals.
