Q.
My baby is 1 month, he breast-feeds well, is gaining 400-500 gm every week, passes gas frequently, and passes faeces at least 2 times a day abd yet he cries a lot. Either he sleeps, breastfeeds or he’s crying. He cries continuously for 3-4 hours until he sleeps again and nothing soothes him. Please suggest what to do.

Bonnisan this medicine is going to help you can give five drops one time I think your child is having severe stomach pain which is common to be seen with kids in this age and your child is giving 4 to 500 g per week that’s a lot of way to gain your child is actually taking overweight in a very small age
