My baby is 1 month 7 days old and she got small red pimples on cheeks please suggest me what to apply on baby's face

use powder only on skin folds.

simply dap some breast milk on it.
avoid sweating on that area.
maintain proper hygiene.
clean the face properly after feeding.
keep the baby well hydrated with breast milk.
take care and all the best for your baby.
