my baby is 1 month 27 days old, at her shoulder where 1st vaccine was given it got swollen and some plup is ouzing out with blood...what can i do for it ?

A. do not worry this is BCG vaccine and normal and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
