my baby is 1 month 20 days old , my baby will vomit in nose one one time, can I know the reason?

A. this is common small babies to vomit sometimes milk and come to nose s also it is quite natural small babies will be having gas for different reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding you can do colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day
