Q.
My baby is 1.5month old and we have given her vaccination today. Please confim how much should i feed her as she is drowsy due to fever medication.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry.
Swelling can be reduced by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetabmol can be given for fever orb pain.
Thrombophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swelling .

try comforting..
use ice cubes..on vaccination area
you can give calpol drops..
you can feed
