my baby is 1.5 months old. while he vomiting, some amount of milk coming from nostrils also. will it be problem?

A. donot worry..it is normal, since the oral cavity & nostrils are interconnected, throwing up of milk can happen via nostrils too..make sure to burp your baby well & lay the baby on his/her right side with 30⁰ elevation for 30mins after feeding.
