My baby is 1.5 months and I have been vaccinated for COVID yesterday. Is it safe to breast feed my child. Please note I also have fever as the side effect of the vaccine. please suggest.

A. yes, dear, you can safely breast feed ur baby even in fever.. but make sure that you should have plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. can take tab dolo for fever.
