My baby is 1.3 years old. Below urinary area, she developed reddish colour.. she keeps scratching it and crying when i try to touch it.. she passes urine normally.

A. hello parent ur daughter 1 yr old noticed to have redness and itchiness over urinary area, maintain adequate hydration with oral fluids, if symptoms persist rule out urine. infection. .
