Q.

my baby head is down from day 1 of my pregnancy. its my 7th month started.can I have normal delivery

A. yes of course, if you had no previous ceasarean section or any other surgery For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
