My baby hd loose stool one time not hvng breakfast also, he ll put his finger in mouth & try to vomiting please suggest me

A. parent your kids 11 months old kindly ND watch for the the loose stools in case of increased frequency of loose tools you may need to maintain adequate hydration with ORS coconut water etc monitorl a urine output and activity of the child
