Any Physician near by should be consulted for the examination as further any treatment is according to the finding after the examination only . No any self medication till then . Can also go for the test as advised after examining .

This is quite normal in babies because babies take more milk in day time and that white spots on tongue is because of that. You should just clean your babies tongue with the help of Babyhug finger brush regularly it will help to clean it. And you have to clean your baby tongue regularly while giving bath
