White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by drynegss of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygviene .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. To prevent a drool rash, have a soft burp cloth on hand at all times so you can gently wipe away any drool. Keeping your baby's skin clean and dry is the most effective remedy against drool rash. Wipe your baby's face and in the folds of his or her neck frequently, and especially after feedings.
