my baby having pus like small pimples in under arm what will be the solution for that

A. It is an infection basically you will have to clear it up if you know how to do it on your own then you just have to puncher the infection and clean it properly with beta Dean and if You Are unaware about how to do it yourself then please consult your doctor for this
