AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. This can be due heat and sweating. U can apply himalya calamine lotion on the under arms. It will be fine. Make ur sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy #Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin.
