my baby having high fever of 103 and not recovering since 3 days after giving medicine fever downs and again comes .Dr said heat stroke.i bath with unripe mango.but again high fever.what to do

A. if the baby is having fever of high degree more than three days of duration it is always advisable to consult a doctor for proper investigation is in the baby .
