hi, increase breast feeding. 
 give plenty of fluids.. 
do tepid sponging in this case.. fever more than 1.2 F.  keep temperature checking 6 hourly..
Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.
Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed.
Give soft easy to digest diet.
maintain proper hygein.
consult with paedritician if temperature remain high.
