my baby having fever since 5 days but she is not taking antibiotics..will fever go away without antibiotics?

you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation.
also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
