My baby having cold and cough dr. said it's viral but baby is not having anything please you can suggest me what I can feed him so he can have

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetabmol can be given to reduce tvhe fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

first keep your child well hydrated.
give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours
you can give Turmeric milk also .
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
