My baby have red rashes on his head near neck area.

This can be heat rashes.
Apply himalaya prickly heat powder on the rashes.
This will help to give relief.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
