Visit ur nearest pediatrician
He will examine ur baby in details and guide u in a better way

please do the following things:
dress your child in loose fitting and collar less Cotton clothes .
keep that area clean and dry.
don't apply powder on it.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
keep an eye on your child diet.
keep your child well hydrated.
apply thin layer of coconut oil or Cetaphil lotion on it.
maintain good hygiene
