my baby have loose motion right now from 3 days but today he is not eating anything except milk so what can I do please suggest

A. Milk is actually going to increase the problem of diarrhoea so you cannot give milk if you have to use shift to soya milk or non-lactose formula because the problem is going to increase further I’m going to advise you to please check with your doctor regarding the medicines to be given
