My baby have lack of In taking food and she is in below average weight (7.5kg) of 15months old

I think it could be due to lower level of haemoglobin in the body because that can definitely lead to loss of appetite for lot of K then that’s very very common in this age so to be more sure about it I would recommend you to have a test done with the doctor and accordingly they can help you with the supplements
