NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello babies birth weight will reduce first and then the baby will start gaining again and you cannot notice much weight gain in the first month and then if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain
