My baby hasn't pooped for 2-3 days. Could the reason be that she needs to be given water already?"

A. Hello mama no water now.. Constipation is common in new born babies. Babies can go without poop for a week altogether .. if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise ,accepting feeds then no need to worry.
