Well, usually it's because of the mal nutrition
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
Don't use demineralized RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Give her supplements as directed by your pediatrician
