My baby has turned 1 on Feb 2nd. can i include sugar in my baby's diet. with doctor's suggestion, I am planning to give cow's milk or buffalo milk. so wanted to know if sugar can be added

Yash sugar can be added but I would suggest you naughty what share sugar because all these milk have their own sweetness office on so it is better to avoid sugar see honestly telling your sugar has new health benefits Vai unnecessarily wanna go ahead with adding it you should avoid it as long as you can
