Is it good to include cow's milk in my Baby 's diet? He is 10 months old.

A. No cattle's milk until one year of age. Babies' digestive systems are under developed to digest the complex components of any other milk except breastmilk or formula milk upto one year of age. Curd and paneer can be fed as they are chemically different from milk and beneficial to baby.

A. hi parent I suggest you A2 Desi cow milk for your child it is good in taste and also good for child growth and development please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
