Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for this pimples you should give him water to drink. Also.use good brand skin products for your baby. Go for brands like Seba med, Babyhug etc. Babyhug products are milk based and widely used. Also economical too.
