my baby has running nose and had loose motions for 3 times in a day

A. it is inf. Diarrhoea is a symptom of viral infection so any Medicine can be with hold and home remedy like o r s can be fed and decrease in amount of milk . Probiotic and zinc drop can be added for early recovery .
