my baby has loose motion from 4-5days ,no other symptoms,his report of reducing substance in stool is positive, so what I can do for stopping loose motions??

A. Hai good morning !! As baby is 4 months old,ask Doctors precription for loose motion controlling medicine. Check mother diet if baby on mother milk or ,formula brand , are the bottles,feeding essentials are sterilising well . Give feed frequently every hour to avoid dehydration.
