Q.

my baby has just turned 1 month old...my breastfeed is not adequate to satisfy his hunger...need to give addtional formula milk ..please suggest some lactating powders or supplements to increase the breast milk

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and also hve Shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day. and also increase the intake of garlic Ginger and green leaves vegetables. take care
