my baby has just started solid food n doctor has recommended to add some drops of coconut oil in his food pls suggest is it ok or I'll give desi ghee to my baby boy..

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. Care count oil contains healthy fats equivalent to desi ghee so you can give coconut oil without any doubt and even little desi ghee can be added take care be safe
