Introduce one thing at a time with just few teaspoons and then gradually as the baby accepts them Well you can gradually increase the quantity the variety and also the number of meals and you can alternated with your feed. Once they are well with liquid consistency. Gradually, then you can move to semi solid like cerelac or steamed vegetables or fruit pulps or khichadi or porridges made of ragi ,Suji ,multigrain mix. Etc.
