My baby has hardly gain any wait in 25 days and she is sleeping a lot now a days but when ever she is awake she is active and play recently she had learned to shout, so should I be concern???

A. It Should be at least 400 g every month so if your child is not maintaining that we gain and not gaining appropriately then you should get a check with your paediatrician for sure that start with a formula feeding also the second thing is that a child should sleep for about 16 hours to 18 hours in a day at this age which is completely normal
