My baby has had 104 fever since Tuesday night, what should I do it will not come down

A. Mom it’s three days almost you should visit your doctor for further assistance because maybe this is not a normal fever maybe it is viral or something which is why the fever is very high so please visit your nearest doctor and get the medication done by the doctor and as of now you should do Thande Paani ki patti that should help
