My baby has green stool and refuses to breastfeed. What is the problem?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. your baby is 4 month old, breast refusal is very common around this age ..
Make skin to skin contact more and cuddles with no pressure to feed.
Babies can be distractible with feeds at around 4months,
Turn off the TV, mobile, any matchine noice get rid of all distractions while feeding.
Try to feed in dark room..play some soft white noice.

If You are giving any formula along with breastfeeding then it could be due to the same because formula feeding is very commonly associated with green coloured stool if you’re not giving anything in the motion is constantly green then that could be due to stomach infection as well
