commonly seen is viral red eruptions on the skin mainly on the joints of the body and on tdhe bums and around the mouth and there are ulcers in the oral cavity.
only symptoms treatment is given for fever as well as for pain and itching and oral ulcers and the disease usually resolves mdaximum by 1 to 1 and half weeks.

it could be result of insect bite or Infection
so please visit your pediatrician for once
apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
keep that area clean
dress your child in full sleeves clothes and pants
keep the surrounding clean using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
