my baby has got these white spots on the feet of her legs, is it normal??

Doesn’t seem like a problem but if you feel that it could be some skin issue then you should get it examined with your doctor because with the picture that you have posted doesn’t seem like a problem but yet you should consult your doctor for further assistance
