my baby has got rashes from today evening on face and thighs, her diet is good no much changes but rashes are so red and spreading please guide.

Your rashes are spreading that means it could be probably an energy or it could be food allergy or something else if you have changed lately anything after eating that if this is happening then that’s probably because of that food article that has been changed otherwise it could be some other allergy or infection due to weather change so please consult your doctor for further assistance
