Q.
My baby has got fever from 2 days …he is drooling..like saliva is coming out a lot..

Hello you can give paracetamol for fever and any concern it would require a proper medical investigation and it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better and also safe too and absolutely nothing to worry about
