my baby has gas issue when he wakes up in morning.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. i csIt is quite normal natural that small babies will be having gas because of different reasons better to do burping of the baby after feeding at least 15 minutes you can give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day safe for the baby

yes,it is common to get because of immature digestive system.
so , just feed your child on demand
burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
give massage to your child regularly which definitely help in this.
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child legs in cycling motions.
