my baby has fever from last night I gave him calpol 250.still his temparature 8s around 100. he also has cough in chest. pl suggest relavnt antibiotics.

A. have given Ldio 1 from last 3 days

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treathment first like steam inhalatio hyn and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
