Q.

my baby has fever from 3 to 4 day , and also her teeth swallows , her mood always angery not eating properly

A. also look for mouth ulcers, give Ibugesic plus 4 ml in e ety 6 hourly, fir time being and give lots if water, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
