my baby has dry and rough skin on cheeks and neck area few days back he also got red rash around neck doctor prescribed to use calak lotion and i used atogla lotin for dry skin and skin became soft now but white patches cames on face and neck area why they occurs what can i do

Some white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days so you should not worry about it at all. Just leave it as it is. And continue using the lotion you are using for your baby and there is no need to make any changes in it.
