my baby has developed since 4-5days these red small boils in the face area..image is attached.these are mosquito bites or heat boils not able to understand here in village mosquitoes are very much.. please suggest some ointment remedy for these boils/rashes on the face area head area..

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it looks like mosquito bites and please use a mosquito repellent and net in baby room and also apply candid ointment on baby effective area. Take care
