A. dear mum, after 6 months you can begin with foods like porridge (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer, cheese, Vegetable Daliya consistency of food should be like that of ghee.
