Q.

My baby has completed 6 months now.. wat are the foods ..fruits and veggies that can be given? Please guide..

A. Hello mom you can start with one food at a time and gradually increase the variety from various food groups, so steamed vegetables such as potatoes,sweet potatoes, carrots etc , soups with them and add in tomatoes, pumpkin etc , porridge made with ragi , suji , home made cerelac mix,curds, kichidi, fresh fruits juices, pulps, - orange, sweet lime, mausambi, banana, , chiku, banana etc
