Q.

My baby has cold and cough so I've given cough syrup and antibiotics.. Is it safe to give antibiotics without fever?

A. Hello , your baby boy is having a cold cough so you gave him cough syrup and cold medicine but unless he has a infection the fever is present an antibiotic is not essential
